Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

2. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by the Temple for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

3. Donations made towards Temple services, rituals, or religious events are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure you verify all details before making a payment.

4. In case of any technical error in transaction (such as double payment), the excess amount will be refunded to the same account after due verification within 7–10 working days.

5. If an item or prasad ordered through the website is received in damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, to consider replacement at the Temple’s discretion.

6. The Temple reserves the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of the requested service. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. All refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing via the contact details provided on the website. Verbal requests will not be entertained.
